NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 28th, May 1969
S.O. 2136.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of section 18 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.R.O 245, dated the 25th January, 1955.
[No. 12(2)-CG/68-I.T.-I.] S.O. 2137.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.R.O. 247, dated the 25th January, 1955, namely :—
In the said notification, the entry "(3) sesamum seed (Til or Jinjilli)" shall be omitted.
[No. 12(2)-CG/68-I.T.II.] S.O. 2138.—In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.R.O 246, dated the 25th January, 1955, namely :—
In the said notification, the entry "(iii) Sesamum seed (Til or Jinjilli)" shall be omitted.
