NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th May 1969
S.O. 2006. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C of the Cotton Textile ( Control ) Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby specifies :---
6 paise per square metre as the rate for the purposes of paragraph (b ) of sub-clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C aforesaid for the quarter ending with the 31st July , 1969.
2. The rates for the purposes of paragraph ( a) of Clause 21 (C) aforesaid will be announced later .
