ORDER (COPYRIGHT)
New Delhi, the 28th May 1969
S.O. 2142.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the International Copyright Order, 1958 namely: —
1 (1) This Order may be called the International Copyright (Third Amendment) Older, 1969.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In the International Copyright Order, 1958, in Part I of the Schedule,
(i) after the entry "Republic of Mali", the entry "Malta" shall be inserted, and
(ii) in the explanation, after the entry ''Leeward Islands (Antigua Mont- serrat, Christopher Nevis and Angullia, British Virgin Islands)", the entry "Malta"' shall be deleted
