EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 14th August 1969
SUBJECT:-Export licensing of Iron and Steel Items Canalization of Ferrous Scrap.
No. 7 - ETO ( PN) / 69 .- Reference Public Notice No. 4 - ETC ( PN ) /69 dated the 5th April , 1969 , announcing transfer of export licensing work from the Iron and Steel Controller to the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports .
2. Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 56 - EXP ( PN ) / 68 , dated the 31st May . 1968 issued by the Iron and Steel Controller , Calcutta , regarding canalization of export of Ferrous Scrap through the Metal Scrap Trade Corporation .
3. It has been decided that export of Ferrous Scrap will continue to be canalized through the Metal Scrap Trade Corporation .
