and their workmen in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto unnexed;
And, whereas , the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d ) of sub - section (1) ot section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes an Industrial Tribunal of which Sri Mohammad Nazimuddin snall be the Presiding Officer , with Headquarters at Hyderabad and refers the said dispute for adjudication to the said Tribunal.
SCHEDULE
" (a) whether the demand of the ' C' category workmen for being placed in 'B' category under the Visakhapatnam Unregistered Scheme is justified and if so , from what date ?
(b ) whether the demand for additional wages for additional lead of 50 feet and less , over and above the first hundred feet is justified and if so , what should be the additional rate of wages for this ?
( c) whether the demand for additional rate of wages for stacking of iron and manganese ores above 10 feet is justified and if so , at what rate ? "

S.O. 3310 - Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employment ) No. 29/ 52 / 69 - LWI - III dated the 16th August , 1969 an industrial dispute between the listed employers namely :-

and their workmen has been referred to the Industrial Tribunal , Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for adjudication;
And whereas it is necessary to prohibit the continuance of the strike in existence in the port of Visakhapatnam in connection with the said dispute;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence in connection with the sald dispute in the said port .
