New Delhi , the 20th August 1969
S.O. 3389. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 ( 60 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby extends upto 28th February 1970 ,ary 1970 , the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Government of Inala in the Ministry of Home Affairs by notification No. S.O. 3960 , published at pages 1713 and 1714 of Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 1st November 1967 , shall make its report to the Central Government .
