In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 -A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modification of the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce . No. S.O. 143, dated the 9th January , 1967 , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 2707 , dated the 4th July , 1969 , the Central Government hereby authorises with effect from the 21st July , 1969 , Shri H. S. Ramani to take over the management of the whole of the Mahalaxmi Mills Com- pany Limited , Beawar , vice Shri Jagdishnarain Sharma .
