ORDER
New Delhi , the 23rd August 1969
G.S.R. 2054.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Orderrder further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1957 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order , 1969 .
2. In the first proviso to clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Rice ( Movement Con- trol) Order , 1957 , in item ( i ) , for the words " one kilogram " , the words " two kilo- grams" shall be substituted .
