NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th August 1969
G.S.R. 2056. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( e) of sub- section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , and sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. M. Pathak as a director in the Board of directors of the Food Corporation of India , established under the said Act , in place of Shri D. N. Sinha , and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the GovernmentGovernn of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S R. 37 , dated the 2nd January, 1965 , namely :-
In the said notification , for entry ( 9 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely:--
" ( 9 ) Dr. M. Pathak , Dehri - on- Sone , District Shahabad , Bihar . "
