SUBJECT :—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1969—March 1970. (Amendment No. 31).
No. 140-ITC(PN)/69.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 1969—March 1970 issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 44-ITC(PN)/69 dated the 31st March 1969.
2. The following items are classifiable under the product group "A. EN- GINEERING GOODS" and fall under serial number A. 136.3:
1. Worm Drive Hose clips of steel, electro-galvanised/cadmium plated. 2. Hose clips (Worm Drive) of steel, electro-galvanised/cadmium plated. 3. The above items may be inserted alphabetically in the index of the above Red Book under the said Product Group.
4. The entry "Hose clips, Worm drive type (made of steel)" appearing on page xxviii of the Index may be amended to read as "Hose clips, worm drive type (made from steel) other than electro-galvanised/cadmium plated".
NOTE: These amendments and additions are applicable in respect of licences to be issued on or after the date of Issue of the Public Notice.
