ORDER
New Delhi , the 29th August 1969
S.O. 3478. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that this Ministry's Order bearing S.O. 1958 , dated the 13th May, 1989 shall remain in force upto the 30th September, 1969 .
The Central Government further directs that the following districts shall be omitted from the list of districts referred to in para 1 of the said Order:
