ORDER
New Delhi , the 1st September 1969
S.O. 3611 /18A/ IDRA/69.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1. ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 3091 / 18A / IDRA / 67 , dated the 2nd September , 1967 , namely :-
In the said Order,-
( 1 ) in sub - clause ( iii ) of clause 2 , for existing entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely .--
" Shri Mangal Behari . Chief Director , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati . New Delhi . " ;
(2) in clause 5 , for the words " two years " the words " two years and six months " shall be substituted .
