SUBJECT:—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1969-March 1970. (Amendment No. 35).
No. 148-rrC(PN)/69.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy lor Registered Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 1969-March 1970, issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No, 44-ITC(PN)/69 dated the 31st March 1969.
2. The following items are classifiable under the product groups mentioned below and fall under the respective serial numbers shown against each:— A. Engineering Goods.

Ne. 149-HC(PN)/69.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exportara contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Bed Book) for the year April 1969-March 1870, issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 44-ITC(PN)/69 dated the 31st March 1969.
2. The following changes may be made in the Index of the above Red Book:— (i) The entry "Brass DIvi A.66.7" appearing on page (x) of the Index may be deleted.
(ii) The entry "Nut crackers made of brass A.66.2" appearing on page xxxvli of the index may be deleted.
(iii) The entry "Platinum laboratory apparatus (crucibles) Dishes, wires, spatulas, spoons, boats, filter cones, tipped forceps/tongs, triangles; wire gauge foils and electrodes" appearing on page xxxbc of the index may be amended to read as "Platinum laboratory apparatus (crucibles), Dishes, spatulas, spoons, boats, filter cones; tipped forceps/ tongs, triangles, wire gauge foils and electrodes".
NOTE.—These amendments will be applicable in respect of exports effected on or after the date of issue of this Public Notice.
