NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th September 1969
S.O. 3732- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 (22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Inorganic Chemicals ( Inspection ) Rules , 1966 namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Export of Inorganic Chemicals ( Inspec tion ) Amendment Rules , 1960 .
(2) They shall come into force at once .
2. In the Export of Inorganic Chemicals ( Inspection) Rules , 1966 for rule 6 , the following rule shall be substituted , namely: --
"6. Inspection Fee Subjectto a minimum of Rs . 50/- for each consignment, a fee at the rate of twenty paise for every one hundred rupees of F.O.B. value for each such consignment shall be paid as inspection fee under these rules . "
