NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th September , 1969
S.O. 3835.- Whereas the Government of Himachal Pradesh have intimated an error in the name of a territorial division mentioned in Part B of Schedule XX to the Delimita- tion of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1966;
And whereas the Election Commission considers it expedient to make the correction in the description of the constituency ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 9 of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby makes the correction in the said Order as follows : -
In Part B-Assembly Constituencies ,
In 59- Joginder Nagar ( SC ) , in the description of the extent of constituency for -Joginder Nagar "Darang k.c. " read "Darang Sira k.c. "
