IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 20th September 1969
SUBJECT . Public Notice No. 1 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 dated 1-1-1968 and No. 44 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 dated 19-3-1968-Issue of import licences to established importers against the 5th U.K. Kipping Loan .
No. 157 - ITC ( PN ) /69.-Attention is invited to Annexure II to the late Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 1 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 , dated 1-1-1968 as amended by Public Notice No. 44 - ITC ( PN ) /68 dated 19-3-1968 , according to which all pay- ments against import licences granted under 5th U.K. Kipping Loan should be completed by 30th June , 1969 .
2. Since the terminal drawal date of this loan has been extended , it has been decided that the licences issued against the 5th Kipping Loan shall be valid for making payments till the validity of the licences .
