IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT . Licensing conditions for imports under the U.K./India Capital Invest- ment Loan of 1968 and the U.K./India £ 2 Mixed Project Loan 1968 .
No. 158 - ITC ( PN ) /69.-Attention of importers is invited to Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 90 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated the 6th June , 1969 and No. 93 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated the 11th June , 1969 laying down the terms and condi- tions covering the issuance of the import licences under the two U.K. credits men- tioned above .
2. It has been decided that para 5 ( v ) of the schedule of conditions attached to the sald Public Notices regarding the minimum value of each order/contract as £ 10,000 may be deemed to have been deleted .
