S.O. 3845. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c ) of section 152 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that powers exercisable by a Deputy Controller of Customs under section 122 of the said Act shall be exercisable also by Shri M. S. Kharkar , Assistant Collector of Customs , Bombay Custom House .
