MINISTRY OF FOOD, AGRICULTURE, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION (Department of Agriculture) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd September 1969
G.S.R. 2319.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Food Agriculture, Community Development and Co-operation (Department of Agriculture) No. G.S.R. 884, dated 26th March, 1969, namely:
In the said notification, in the Table,
(i) in the entries relating to S. No. 3, in column 3, for the existing entry, the
following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"The State of Madras excluding the area comprised in Kolukumalai Tea Factory Range (being a part of Kottagudl village of Uthamapalayam Taluk of Madurai District, Madras State) but including the area comprised in Malakipara Tea Factory Range (being a part of periyaram village of Mukundapuram Taluk of Tri- chur District, Kerala State) and the Union Territory of Pondicherry excluding Mahe commune and the village of Yanum."
(ii) S. No. 4 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
