No. 163-ITC(PN)/69.—Attention of the importers in invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Supply Public Notice No. 110-ITC(PN)/69, dated 28th June, 1969, Incorporating the names of the suppliers who were made ineligible by the United States of America, Agency for International' Development to participate in AID financed transactions.
2. A revised list of suppliers which have been made ineligible to participate in AID financed transactions is incorporated in the Annexure to this Public Notice. Import licences under U.S. AID loans already issued or to be issued here- after will not be valid for import of goods from the suppliers mentioned in the Annexure to this Public Notice.
