NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th September 1969
S.O. 4041. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause ( a) serving in JAMMU and KASHMIR for a period of three months with effect from 26th September 1969 as active duty .
