ORDER
New Delhi , the 27th September 1969
S.O. 4051,-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that this Ministry's Order bearing SO . 1958 dated the 13th May , 1969 as amended by this Ministry's Order bearing SO . 3479 dated the 29th August , 1969 shall remain in force upto the 31st March , 1970 .
The Central Government further directs that with effect from the 1st October , 1969 and upto the date this Order remains in force , this Order shall apply to the following districts also :-
1. Baroach;
2. Baroda.
