New Delhi , the 3rd October 1969
S.O. 4052. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 ( Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri D. P. Sharma , District Judge , now working as Commissioner of Endowments , Orissa, as a whole time Claims Commissioner to deal with all the claims for com- pensation arising out of the accident involving 398 UP Asansol - Puri Passenger train at Jajpur- Keonjhar Road Station on the Kharagpur - Khurda Road Main line Section on the Howrah - Madras Trunk Road of the South Eastern Railway on the 14th July, 1969. His headquarters will be at Cuttack .
