NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th October 1969
S.O. 4231.—Whereas the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh have inti- mated some printing mistakes, and alteration in the boundaries of territorial divi- sions mentioned in Part B of Schedule I to the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1966;
And, whereas the Election Commission considers it expedient to make correc- tions and amendments in the description of the constituencies for bringing the Order up-to-date;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 9 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission here- by makes the corrections and amendments in the said Order as follows: —
I, In Part B—Assembly Constituencies: —
(1) in 79-Kankipadu, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words and figures "item (10)" substitute the words and figures "items (10) and (10A)";

II. In the Appendix to the Schedule: —
(1) after item (10) insert the following item:
"(10A)

(5) in Item (53) for "12.Shanagar" read "12.Shadnagar"; and (6) in item (63) for "Clstalapur" read "6.1stalpur".
III. In the Note at the end of the Schedule^ for the words and figures "1st day of December, 1966" substitute the words and figures "1st day of July, 1908." •
