ORDER
New Delm , the th October 1969
S.O. 4160 / 18A/ IDRA / 69.- Whcreas the Central Government is of the opinion that the Himabhai Mfg . Co. Ltd. , Ahmedabad , an industrial undertaking in res- pect of which an Investigation has been made under Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to public interest ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 - A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby authorise the Gujarat State Textile Cor- poration Ltd. , Ahmedabad ( hereinafter refcrred to as the Authorised Controller ) to take over the management of the who'e of the said undertaking , namely , the Himabhai Mfg . Co. Ltd. , Ahmedabad , subject to the following terms and condi- tions , namely: ---
( 1 ) The Authorised Controller shall comply with all directions issued from time by the Central Government ; and
( ii ) The Authorised Controller shall hod office for two years from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of this Order . The Central Gov- ernment may terminate the appointment of the Authorised Controler earlier if it considers necessary to do so
2. This order shall have effect for a period of two years commencing on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
