SUBJECT . Licensing conditions governing imports under EXIM V Line of Credit .
No. 167 - ITC ( PN ) /69.-Attention is invited to Appendices 'C ' and 'D' of Annexure to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 97 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated 13th June 1969 which lay down the certificate required to be furnished by the U.S. Supplier/Freight forwarder to the EXIMXIM BANK. The EXIM BANK have now revised the Appendices ' C' and ' D' which have been reproduced in the An- nexure to this Public Notice and are notifled for the information of the trade . The allottees of foreign exchange under EXIM V credit should ensure that U.S. Supplier/Freight Forwarder give the certificates as per revised Appendices 'C' and 'D' . The Public Notice No. 97 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated 13th June 1969 may be deemed to have been amended accordingly.

ERRATUM
The date of Issue of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part I- Section 1 ( Issue No. 151 ) containing notification No. 154 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 , dated 17th September 1969 of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply , should be "Wednesday, Septem- ber 17 , 1969/Bhadra 26 , 1891" instead of "Tuesday , September 16, 1969 /Bhadra 25, 1891" .
