G.S.R. 2438.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 ( I of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. A. Shah to be a Member of the Company Law Board , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 177 dated the 1st February, 1964 , as amended from time to time , namely : vern-
In the said notification , in clause ( a ) , for entry ( 3 ) , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"(3) Shri G. A. Shah " .
2. This appointment takes effect from 13th October , 1969 .
