NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 22nd October 1969
S.O. 4315.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act. 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Govern- ment hereby withdraws the recognition granted to—
"M/s. Italab Engineering Private Ltd., Aban House, 6th Floor, Rope Walk Lane, Bombay-1"
as the inspection agency for expanded metal steel sheets, vide the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 4578 dated the 19th December, 1967, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 19th December, 1967, for inspection of expanded metal steel sheets and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification, namely:—
In the said notification, Serial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
[No. F. 50(9)/69-Exp. Insp.] S.O. 4316.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 19(53), the Central Govern- ment hereby withdraws the recognition granted to—

as the inspection agency for cast iron manhole covers and frames, vide the noti- fication of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 1688, dated the 3rd June, 1966, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 3rd June, 19S6, for inspection of cast iron manhole covers and frames and directs that the following fmtntr amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification, nanioly: —
In the said notification, in the Schedule, Serial No. 3 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.

as the inspection agency for cast iron soil pipes, vide the notification of the Government or india in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2425, ditei the 2nd August. 19tib, published in tne Cazstte of India, Extraordinary, P^rt II— Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 2nd August, 1965 (as amended by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3407, da-ted the 28th Octo'ber, 1965 rublished in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 28th October, 1965), for Inspection of cast iron soil pipes and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification No. S.O. 2425, dated the 2nd August, namely:— In the said notification, Serial No. (hi) and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.

as the inspection agency for light engineering products, vide the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3030, dated the 20th September, 1965, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th September, 1965, for Inspection of light enginetring products as specified in Schedule II to that notification and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the aforesaid notification, namely:—
In the said notification, in Schedule I, Serial No. 7 and the entry relating there- to shall be omitted.
