NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th October 1969
S.O. 4827.- In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Kerala for a period of three months with effect from 25th October , 1969, as active duty .
