NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th October 1969
G.S.R. 2554.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with sub -clause ( iii ) of clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. Subra- manyam, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Cooperation ) , New Delhi , as a director in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India , vice Shri A. C. Bandopadhyay , and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) , No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely : -
In the said notification, under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7 (1 ) (b )" for the entry against item ( 4 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely:-
"Shri M. Subramanyam , Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (De- partment of Cooperation ) , New Delhi "
