NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th September 1969
S.O. 4435.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Seed Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government hereby notifies the Seed Testing Laboratory, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi as the Seed Testing Laboratory under the said Act, with effect from first day of October, 1969, for the whole of India.
