G.S.R. 2557 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of sec tion 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964 ) read with clause ( d ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of that section and sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 3 of the Food Corpora- tions Rules , 1965 , the Central Government hereby re - appoints Shri J. A. Dave to be the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India,
