No. 178-ITC (PN)/69—Attention ii invited to the Import Policy for Registered
Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the
year April 1969-March 1970, issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public
Notice No. 44-ITC (PN)/69 dated the 31st March 1969.

Exports of ready-made garments made of Nylon is canalised through STC. For every Kg. of nylon yarn used In the nylon garments exported, manu- facturers-exporters exporting nylon garments through the STC will re- ceive replenishment at the rate of I- 30 Kgs. of imported nylon yarn, from the S T C ".

1) Export of Nylon fabrics and made-up arti- cles is canalised through STC. For every Kg. of nylon yarn used in the nylon fab- rics and made-up articles exported, ma- nufacturer-exporter exporting nylon fabrics and made-up articles through the STC will receive replenishment at the rate of 1 • 20 Kgs. of imported nylon yam, from the STC.
(2) Export of Dyed and Printed Nylon fabrics and made-up artilcs there from will also be entitled to permissible va- rieties of dyes and chemicals up to 4% of the f. 0. b. value.
