SUBJECT : Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April , 1969- March 1970. (Amendment No. 51)
No. 179 ITC ( PN ) /69.- Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Countrol Policy Book for the year April 1969 - March 1970, issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Depart- ment of Foreign Trade ) Public Notice No. 44 - ITC (PN ) / 69 dated the 31st March 1969 , as amended from time to time .

(2) Within the overall monetary value of the above licence , the licence may on request, be revalidated for the import of prototypes and samples upto 1% and permissible packing and wrapping papers and other packing material upto 21 % of the f.o.b. value of export ; in such cases a correspondcorresponding reduction will be made in the quantity of stainless steel materials permíssible under licence . the
