New Delhi , the 6th November 1969
G.S.R. 2609./Sugar Export. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub. section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Com- munity Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 255/ Sugar Export, dated the 3rd February , 1969 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the figures and words "30th day of November , 1969" , the figures and words " 28th day of February , 1970 " shall be substituted .
