No. 14/7/69-Pub.I—Shri Parimal Ghosh and Shri Malangi Shivalingadevaru Gurupadaswamy have, on the afternoon of the 17th October, 1969, ceased to be Ministers of State in the Council of Ministers of the President.

Shri Jagannath Pahadia and Shri Jagluri Babu Muthyal Rao have, on the after- noon of the 17th October, 1969, ceased to be Deputy Ministers in the Council of Ministers of the President.
