New Delhi, the 13th November 1969
S.O. 4631.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13B and sub-section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, and in supersession of its Notification No. 4291A&NI]66, dated the 6th May, 1966, the Election Commission hereby designates Shri N. Chandrasekhar, Assistant Commissioner (Settlement), Port Blair, as the Electoral Registration Officer, and the following officers as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officers, for the Andaman and Nicobar Parliamentary constituency:—
1. Shri R. Kishen Saroop, Tahsildar, South Andaman. 2. Shri A. Ashiq Ali, Tahsildar, Rangat. 3. Shri Lachman Singh, Assistant Commissioner, Mayabunder. 4. Shri S. K. Paul, Tahsildar, Diglipur. 5. Shri A. K. Banerjee, Assistant Secretary (Nicobar Trade) Car-Nicobar.
6. Shri Parmanand Gupta, Assistant Commissioner, Nancowrje.
