New Delhi, the 15th November 1969
S.O. 4633.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby appoints with effect from 13th November, 1969, Shri J. O. G. Russell, Ejection Officer, Delhi, as Assistant Electoral Registration Officer for all the parliamentary constituencies in the Union Territory of Delhi, in addition to the officers appointed by its Notification No. 429/DL/69, dated the 13th November, 1969.
