G.S.R. 2668.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 165/69-Central Excises, dated the 16th June, 1969, namely:—
In the said Notification, for the letters and ,gures "Rs. 170", the letters and figures "Rs. 145" shall be substituted.
