SUBJECT : Import Policy for Registered Exportrs for the year April , 1969-March 1970. (Am- endment No. 56)
No. 188 - ITC (PN)/ 69 :-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book ( Red Book) for the year April 1969-March 1970 , issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply Public Notice No. 44- ITC ( PN) /69 dated the 31st March 1969 .
2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places as indicated below :-

Note :-Import of Sodium Hydrosulphte and its formulations would also be allowed upto the face value restrictions indicated in the Public Notice even in respect of import licences already issued, by specific endorsement by the licensing authorities , provided that such licences are valid on the date on which these are presented to the licensing authorities for endorsement of the item.
