New Delhi , the 28th November 1969
G.S.R. 2700.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 (37 of 1964) , and sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministıy of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January , 1965 and notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 2097 dated the 28th November , 1968, the Central Government hereby re-appoints Shri Shah Nawaz Khan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India with effect from the 2nd December , 1969 .
