S.O. 4785.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government in consultation with the Ad- ministration of Goa, Daman & Diu, hereby appoints the National Seeds Corpor- ation Ltd., a company registered under the companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) as a certification agency for the Administration of Goa, Daman & Diu upto April 1970.
