MINISTRY OF IRRIGATION AND POWER NOTIFICATIONS New Delhi, the 4th December, 1969
S.O. 4858.—Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal, constituted by the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Irrigation and Power No. S.O. 1419, dated the 10th April, 1969 consequent on the resignation of Shri Justice D. S. Mathur;
And whereas the Chief Justice of India has nominated Shri Justice D. M. Bhan- dari, Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, to fill the said vacancy under section 5-A of the Inter-State Water Disputes Act 1956 (33 of 1956);
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4, read with section 5-A. of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the said notification, namely: —
In the said notification, under the heading "Members" for Item (iii), the following Item shall be substituted, namely: —
"(iii) Shri Justice D. M. Bhandari, Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court." [No. DW. II-32(19)/68.]
