EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 6th December 1969
No. 12 - ETC ( PN ) /69.-Public Notice No. 5 - ETC ( PN ) / 69 , dated the 28th April, 1969 , is hereby cancelled.
2. Exporters of ( 1 ) Hand -woven woollen carpets and ( ii) woollen chain- stitched rugs , ( 11) classifiedified underund item No. 23 in PartPart 'B' ofof SchSchedule I to the Ex- ports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , shall continue to submit their applications / shipping bills , with the T.R. and other relevant documents , to the Export Trade Control authorities at the port of export instead of direct to Customs , as laid down in the above- quoted Public Notice now cancelled .
