New Delhi, the 8th December 1969

S.O. 4913—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duly by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Union Territory of Chandigarh for a period of three months with effect from 15th December 1969 as active duty.

S.O. 1914. -In pursuance of the provisions of clause fa) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Tripura for a period of three months with effect from 15th December, 1969, as active duty
