IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT: -- Import of tractors by agriculturists as gift .
No. 198 - FTC ( PN ) /69.-Attention is invited to the erstwhile Ministry of Com- merce Public Notice No. 234 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 , dated 24th October 1968 as amended by Public Notices No. 89 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated 6th June 1969 and No. 116 - ITC ( PN ) / 69 dated 10th July 1969, according to which applications for import of tractors by agriculturists as gift could be made upto 31st October 1969 .
2. It has now been decided to extend the last date for submission of applica- tions for Customs Clearance Permits upto 30th April , 1970. Applications received after 30th April , 1970 will not be entertained .
