NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th December 1969
G.S.R. 2779 / Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , and in partial supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Departme of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 531 , dated the 27th June , 1958 , the Central Government hereby specifies the Indian Sugar Industry Export Corporation Limited , Delhi , as an export agency, on and from the 1st day of January, 1970 , for the purposes of the said Act .
2. The Indian Sugar Mills Association , Calcutta , which was specified as an export agency by the aforesaid Order , shall continue to be an export agency for the purpose of dealing with all matters in relation to the export of sugar made by it on or before the 31st day of December , 1969 .
