G.S.R. 2805—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section •3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 {1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insu- rance) No. 165/69-Central Excises dated the 16th June, 1969. namely: —
In the said notification, for the letters and figures "Rs 145" the letters and figures "Rs 140" shall be substituted.
