S.O. 5050.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government in consultation with the State Government of Rajasthan, hereby appoints the National Seeds Corporation as a Certification Agency for the State of Rajasthan upto 31st March, 1970.
