No. 52(4)-Tar/69.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Indian Tariff Act, 1934, (32 of 1934), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government here cancels—
(i) the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. 43(2)-Tar/66, dated the 8th June, 1966, in so far as it relates to serial Nos. 2 to 10 (both inclusive) and the entries relating thereto in the Table annexed to the said Notification; and
(ii) the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. ll(l)-Tar/67, dated the 28th March, 1968 as amended by Corrigendum No. ll(l)-Tar/67, dated the 11th April, 1968.
